Laser

Laser systems are nearly ubiquitous in our daily life, and at Seattle Photonics we’ve designed laser systems for a wide variety of applications. Some of the low power laser systems we’ve designed have been used in motion tracking systems, display systems, amusement park rides, and targeting. We’ve also worked on a number of high power laser applications including laser welding delivery systems, 3D printed metal sintering applications, LIDAR applications, power beaming systems and targeting designators for military applications. The lasers used in these applications work over a wavelength range from 350 nm to 10.6 microns and we understand the optical materials limitations to working in this large spectrum.
