Project Definition/SOW

With optics being such a specialized area of expertise, we are often asked to assist our clients to define their optical projects and help them generate a statement of work, (SoW). We work with industrial design teams, or mechanical engineering teams who often don’t have a lot of optical engineering knowledge, so we can help them generate reasonable requirements for their efforts. The statement of work can be a simple paragraph for smaller projects, or lengthy multi-page documents describing and defining a host of multi-disciplinary requirements, schedules, and costs.
